Trying to find healthier meals and snacks or ways to keep your Super bowl celebrations healthy this year? Try these sweet potato ‘nachos’!! They are super quick, and very easy to make, not to mention they are delicious and totally curb all nacho/football Sunday food cravings.
This was an original creation. It was a last minute, thrown together meal with what we had in the house, but boy did it work out well. Even though this was not a planned meal, we will definitely be incorporating this into our lives again at some point.
Disclaimer –> It doesn’t plate very pretty, but the taste is all that really matters in our book.
***TIP: I would definitely recommend slicing the sweet potatoes a little thinner than you see in the picture. This will allow for more of a crisp ‘nacho chip’.***
